2025 Fair Camping Rules

  • YOU MUST CHECK IN AT THE CAMP OFFICE PRIOR TO PARKING YOUR CAMPER. 
  • CAMPING WINDOW CARDS MUST BE DISPLAYED IN CAMPER WINDOW.
  • CURFEW IN CAMPGROUNDS IS MIDNIGHT EACH NIGHT.
  • AT LEAST ONE ADULT OVER 18 MUST STAY IN EACH CAMPER AT NIGHT. 

2025 Fair Camping - REGISTER AND PAY

We are excited to announce that registration and payment for 2025 Miami County Fair camping are now open! This year, we are using a new online portal for registration and payment. If you choose to pay by check/cash, please email office@mcasinc.com and we will give you that code and the directions.

2025 Camping Fees:

Big 50 Camping: $325.00 

  • These spaces are large enough to park one vehicle in the space with the camper. Please be kind and stay within your own camp space. A mirror tag is needed for the vehicle parking in the camp space; this will be given to you at check-in.

Livestock and Horse Camping: $250.00 

  • Absolutely no vehicles are to be parked at camp sites.

Non Electric/Generator Camping: $200.00 ( Registration to begin after July 1st) 

  • Non Electric/Generator Camping spaces are large enough to park one vehicle in the space with the camper. Please be kind and stay within your own camp space. A mirror tag is needed for the vehicle parking in the camp space; this will be given to you at check-in.


  1. A non-refundable payment must be received on or before Thursday May 1ST at 6:00 p.m. to reserve your campsite for the 2025 fair. The camping committee reserves the right to fill this spot for the 2025 fair and you will be placed on the waitlist, if your payment is not received by the due date and time. 
  2. All camping reservations include either a 2025 Season Pass or a 2025 MCAS Membership. You can pick up your pass or membership in the office on or before August 4, 2025 or you can pick it up at camping check-in. Extra Season Passes can also be purchased at checkout. Memberships allow the member unlimited admissions into the 2025 Miami County Fair, MCAS Senior Fair Board voting privileges, and are required if you plan to run for a Township position on the board. MCAS Memberships must be picked up no later than Monday August 4, 2025 at 4:00 PM.  If your MCAS membership is not picked up by 5:00 pm, Thursday, August 7, 2025, you will be issued a season pass.
  3. Camping fees cover the period of Thursday, August 8th thru Friday, August 15, 2025. To allow for final mowing please no campers brought to the fairgrounds before Tuesday, August 5th, 2025. 
  4. If you wish to bring your camper before Tuesday August 5, 2025, please contact the office to make arrangements. Each extra night will cost an additional $10. If you do not pay this additional fee, we hold the right to revoke your camping privileges for the following fair and to return your name to the bottom of the Camping Waiting List. 
  5. Please ensure your sleeping vehicles, camper, trailers, etc. will fit in the designated space. Slide-outs and awnings are allowed but when extended must fit inside your campsite. If your slide or awning obstructs your neighbors’ site, you will be asked to put in the obstruction. 
  6. The camping committee reserves the right to move a camper to a larger site to ensure the safety of others and ease of access for emergency vehicles. 
  7. Campers cannot be removed until Thursday August 14, 2025 After 10PM UNLESS prior written permission (early release form) has been accepted by the camping Chairperson or MCAS President. You will lose your spot if you pull out before 10pm without an early release form.
  8. All early release forms must be received by the Camping chair or MCAS President by Thursday August 7th at 8pm to be able to get approved.
  9. The MCAS Dump Station will not be available for use until FRIDAY August 15th at 8:00 a.m. There is a traveling dump service by a private party which provides a dumping service to the campers for a fee. You must register for this service at least one day prior and you are responsible for all fees incurred.
  10. Insurance must be kept on campers while on grounds.
  11. Campers and trailers must be backed in to aid in removal in event of fire or another emergency.
  12. You must have a camper in your space, or we hold the right to revoke your camping privileges and put your name on the Waiting List.
  13. Tents are by approval only. 
  14. Electricity will be available /turned on at electric boxes at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday August 5, 2025. 
  15. No extra waste containers/blue belly containers permitted. 
  16. Campers must leave 36” of space between camper and electric boxes. Electric boxes must be accessible with the door open.
  17. All trailers, campers, trucks, or other vehicles used for living purposes during the Miami County Fair must be parked in designated areas only. 
  18. All camping sites will be numbered. YOU MUST DISPLAY YOUR NUMBERED CHECK IN CARD IN WINDOW. 
  19. The first and last names of all occupants staying in the sleeping vehicles, camper, trailers, etc, must be listed on the check in form. The person signing the application will be responsible for the names that appear on the application. If any camper is asked to leave the fairgrounds for violation of camping rules, then all the people on the camper list will be subject to leaving early as well. They will forfeit their campsite for the following fair. 
  20. Electric hook-ups are to be proper receptacles only and only one extension cord per camping unit. Use UL approved heavy-duty extension cord only. 
  21. All premises around camping units are to be kept clean and sanitary. Trash to be placed in barrel containers and no dumping of any holding tanks will be permitted. No throwing of trash in manure dumpsters. 
  22. No vehicles permitted to park in the camping area without appropriate mirror tag or short term to unload or load. 
  23. No continuous water hook-up allowed. Water can be delivered during the fair by our portable dump/water contractor. This service charges an extra fee. You must register the day before to be put on their schedule; no same day service. 
  24. No non-contained, open, or on the ground/grass fires permitted. 
  25. Alcoholic beverages permitted in designated areas only.
  26. No dogs, cats or other animals are permitted to be housed in the camper or in the camping area. 
  27. All general rules in the fair book will be enforced in the camping area.
